QuoteGurman Singh This may hold true for those groups, who innocently know nothing about Lardeedar and Pad-ched, but this is completely unacceptable when it comes to Jatha programs. In the video, i was saddened when he mentioned that AKJ is among the only groups that still do Parkash of laridar, because this is not true anymore. People use to throw cow dunk on Bhai Sahib Randheer Singh jee doorstep & infront of his house. Villagers even made false reports on 2 accounts in Narangwal and got him locked up. Such things are nothing for a Naam Vigasi whose naam runs endlessly. Normal jagyaasoos neeed sadhsangat among rehitvaan gursikhs, it fuels us for bhagti more and more. Bhai Jasjit SIngh jeo, Picture of Bhai Sahib reminded of an incident narated to me by a bazurg bibi in Narangwal. As a kid, while she playing in Bhai Sahib's house compound. Bhai Sahib told her to prepare lime juice before heading out hurrily. She asked, "How much should I prepare?" .Bhai Sahib replied, "Make it for 4 people". QuoteKulbir Singh It's funny since Bhai Sahib talks to her daughter like any loving father would, by coming to the level of an 8 or 9 years old child. It's heartbreaking because Bhai Sahib expresses his desire to have his child in his lap and loving her. QuoteTejasV The current situation in India is no different. From outside it is emphasized that caste holds no grounds but when it comes to marriage, many are very much interested in knowing ones caste, land, status etc. If I could add on a funnier but sadly very true side: There is another "caste" which is prevalent for a long time now. The NRI caste. If one belongs to the NRI caste then youby piyasi chatrik - Gurmat Discussion Forum

There are too many Birs that have been claimed to be written by different people without any evidence. There is a Beer written by a Sikh from the time of Guru Arjan Dev jee in private possesion in Mohali. At the last ang at the back, the writer of the beer has written that it was coppied from Aad Beer(the original one-of which the first parkash was done at darbar sahib) I cant recall but I think the Singh also told me that Guru Sahib also signed on it.by piyasi chatrik - Gurmat Discussion Forum
For general sangats info, rehitvaan Singhs in Punjab say that if one is travelling by air and wants to remove keerpan. Then before travel one needs to pesh before Panj and and re-Pesh after travelling before Panj. This means peshi at 2 amrit sinchars.by piyasi chatrik - Gurmat Discussion Forum
QuoteKulbir Singh Daasandaas jeeo, no Gursikh happily removes Kakaars. When any Kakaar is separated from the body it seems as if a part of the body has separated. Bhain Sanjeet Kaur jeo, Saroops are hard to get because if you want one in India, you need to place an order with SGPC. They are only printed is there is an order by SGPC in India. Though this topic has been touched. On a personal level have been observing these modernized youths , this is what I observed in their mentality: 1."Whats wrong with having a bf/gf as long as we are not committing kurehit?" 2."How can I spend the rest of my life with someone know nothing about?" There is is new sort of "sarbloh" which utensil sellers in India will try to sell you which "apparently doesn't rust". The magnet does stick to it though. Majority of Sarblohis dont use it to cook or eat neither do singhs consider it acceptable as shudh sarbloh. Hence, dont fall into their trap and buy it.
