This video is very disturbing. Not only because of the issue but also because of the behavior of the sudhar jatha as well... Daas doesn't think this is the correct way of Khalsa justice.. Some points to be observed: 1. The singh beating the old man is using abusive words while thrashing him. Is a Gursikh expected to use such language?? 2. The person being beaten up is being held by hair.. 3.by akaal74 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
No matter what the purpose of this visit, one thing is clear from his action: The claims of Radhaswamis of their guru being true Guru have been shattered by this action. In Guru-Sikh parampara Shish or Sikh will do the Matka tekna to the Guru and we all know who bowed before the Sache patshah as part of this visit. Others will have to follow the suit as well one day or the other.by akaal74 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Tomorrow people will say that Sikhi discriminate against women as it does not ask men to give birth to children. This whole concept of equality in the modern world has gone to a mad extent. In the gurdwara sahib in our city so far we have resisted moves to install permanent chairs. If anyone is unable to sit on the floor we invite them to sit on the stage behind the kirtanis by keeping their legs down from stage... Although in past no one had any such issues. Even the most physically disabled in the gurdwara sahib used to sit among the sangat on floor. This recent trend should maby akaal74 - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Its ridiculous how these people sitting at Kaum's high seats are taking completely anti gurmat decisions. This hukam of the jathedaars begs another question.... What happens when a person has missed amritvela and nitnem for countless number of days? This question was asked by someone recently. If that person returns back to doing his/her amritvela and nitnem regularly again after realising the mistake, is it sufficient to do ardaas to Guru sahib for forgiveness or does that person needs to pesh at amrit sanchaar samagam?by akaal74 - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Daas read this book sometime ago. As the writers trying to prove the authenticity of Kartarpuri Bir have used the logic that only the original could have blank pages, only the original could have two handwritings one of Guru sahib and other of Bhai Gurdas Ji etc, One question daas strugled to answer was if someone wants to project something as original why can that person not copy the originaby akaal74 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
