VJKK VJKF, Been a while - i have been hybernating love the information on this site still going strong and above all keertan links above , and here is one which came to my thoughts when thinking of you Gursikhs in Canada:::and i LOVE PLAYING THIS LOUD VERY VERY LOUD::by ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
VJKK VJKF Very true eyesdynamic jeeo - very true indeed. Bapu jee is and is a family of gurmukhs burning in God’s love they have asked for no money from anyone for this sangrash or in Bapu jees name - nothing not a dime for all the snagatan that come daily - langar seva is being done by them - they only ask for sevadaars to help distribute the langar.!!by ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
VJKK VJKF Bapu Surat Singh has exemplified to the Sikh nation that with COMPASSION (DAYA) alone - he is hitting the butchers of india hard and the momentum is gaining considerably.by ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Until they retake amrit - how can they be part of the Khalsa panth? If that has been expressed then it is good news. Secondly Bapu Surat Singh - why is there no thread on this forum about him?by ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Great points from Jasjit SIngh jee and Bhai Tarun SIngh i agree whole heartedly. Bhai Jasjit Singh jee- just a question for you - if there is no where in Gurbani to sing slowly as your interpetation then is there anywhere in Gurbani that is mentioned to sing fast. ??? I agree the sehaj you talk about is impossible without Guru Jee. However the following Gurbani line point to doing naam andby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
VJKK VJKF Excellent points - in particular : the point below is very appealing - i wish they could have also said naam simran to be sung slowly too - as there are keertanies who go too fast at times - but what does a mere fool like me know: Instead of doing Kirtan at fast speed, Gurbani should be sung with the utmost sehaj, prem, and bairaag. Only by singing with prem and sehaj will Banby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
very true eyesdynamic jeeo - it is said that when Guru sahib fired arrows at times they were so fast it would appear as if they are firing 5-10 arrows at a time consectively. Mahraja Ranjit Singh in his raaj wanted Sikhs to find out if there is any old Sikh who had darshan of Guru Gobind Singh jee. This took some time and over a couple of months they found a Sikh who was very old around 90sh wby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
indeed sir very true- this singh needs all the support possible. He is very very well educated and could have gone for 5-6 figure salary job in London anytime - but continues to devote his time and energy for the khasa panth awareness and chardee kalaby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum

VJKK VJKF Experience with Bhai Sahib during the 80's when they were in my town: 1. First encoutner was Bhai sahib always was wanting to meet my father quite often and always paid a visit when they came to our town, I was about 14-15 at that time and to be honest was not into sikhe or had taken amrit. I was into bhangra type music and one day was listening to it with headphones on and hadntby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum

excellent sinner jeeo thanks for clairfication - Maru raag is so so important as are all others, in my opinion " jeeteh panch berhaaeehaa nanak sufal maaruu ehhoo raag" panna 1425 --by ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
I watched that video - Bhai sahib is so insipirational - please keep us posted for further developments unjaan jeeo. Yep sadness that our JAMEER is dead and buried . Bhai Kulbir Singh jee is 100% correct - , having also read some of this material - they don't preach on the higher power that has created the conscious in the first place. "Jor naah surtee gian veechar" Most of Gurbani tells us to do sangrash with the mind -- "Munn hee naal jahgraa, munn hee naal musclut" not to use it for material wealth - for Gurmukhs who do such sangarsh " Gurmuk karby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
It is true and facutal not many in the AKJ know or even have read Bhai Sahib's works in totality. Lectures are presentation are ok, however without interactive debate how can one walk away with proper understanding. I suggest during a week long smagam or so before keertan starts - as much sangat should be invited to discuss debate and learn about Bhai Sahib's complete jeevan which includesby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Vjkk Vjkf Guru pyare jeeo, Just a humble opinion here of this keera, so many times we pick a line and tak it out of context therefore the need for further questions arise and debates go on for ever and ever. I suggest or request it would be more suffice to use the whole shabad for the context of the meaning of that line Bhagatjot Singh jee has quoted. Please have a read of the whole shabadby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
excellent - moe of this needs to be done around smagam times to ensure Bhai Sahib Jees contribution to the Gadhar lehar is never forgottenby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
I have one question - why is sikh media to covering this as well as they did in the first place when Bhai sahib did his morcha? that goes for all uk sikh media all 3 channels seem very quiet on this issue at present.by ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Bijla Singh you are 100% correct look forwad to your article at some point. One thing if it has to start is where the english got rid of the indian system of education and placed it with their version and is still there today and we as sikhs suffer from it too. Old system in india was 50% of the time a person should study religion and all wisdom within it and 50% should be academic study. Theby ns44 - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Amritvela - has to be early before 05:00 by no doubts - there are further reasons - all humans have panj tatts and one of those tatts is agnee before 05:00 agnee tatt is quiet - And agnee tatt is the one which races our mind , no suraaj no agnee tatt hence the munn the mind is more receptive at amritvela and dhyian is better i.e focus.
