Kulbir singh jeeo - great post however i feel , missing one vital ingredient - you may want to try it - based on "Shabad Guru surat Dhun chela", when doing paath once shuld listen with EARS clearly - - stop at the || too . Secondly try to do paaat in a rythmic breathing pattern - which attains further concentration.
