Really it shudnt be much a problem. I myself had to hungry on the plane once for nearly 20 hrs! no water either! and it was all out of respect for Guru Ji and his Kakaar. If an individual, however, feels it is not possible to stay hungry, well thats ur choice. Bhai Sahib’s views on Katha are very much misunderstood. In his book “Katha Kirtan” he has explained the term “Katha” as it appears in Gurbani.
