I apologize to go off topic............ Yes, one needs loads of Naam Abhyiaas along with bibek rehat ............. What I suggested was that Guru Sahib had given us a community feeling and brotherhood which is not there anymore..... All amritdharis used to be like real brother/sisters. they used to follow "pichoon bachiyaa aap khawanda" but now we eat first and share only if we have anything leftby Sagg - Gurmat Discussion Forum
IsinghR ji, This statement is only for sarblohi singhs/singhnees as they are closest to Guru Gobind Singh ji's rehni/rehat. If you go through various old manuscripts/rehat namas, one of the condition is that one should share it equally with fellow brother/sister whatever he/she earns (no more restricted to Dasvand only).by Sagg - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Gurbani tells us that this "deh" is mitti after "Atma" is gone out of it. Hence, what ever you do with deh is useless. After saskar, if somebody brings the assthiyaa at home for any kind of feeling is totaly a foolishness and this act contradict with Gurbani's teachings to us to worry about "atma" than "deh". Is atma still within assthihyaa???????????by Sagg - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Krissung jeo, Please review Panth Parvaanit Rehat Maryada to get an answer to your question. Anythign else is personal preferences, not a Panthic decision. That being said, if you want to read more banis after completing the rehraas sahib, no body could stop you from doing that but "Rehraas Sahib" is well defined in Rehat Maryada. We should not only recite the Bani but should try to understand iby Sagg - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Jaskirat ji, As Ghadar lehar was started by sikhs from foriegn land with the help of locals, I think we need similar thing. But the huge difference is that people in Punjab are refusing to accept the fact that they are Gulaam. They have to accept the fact that they do not have equal rights in the eyes of fanatic hindu regime. Bijla Singh ji, It is unfortunate to know that today's Sikhs have forgotten all our struggles during bad times and Glorious history during good times. If we can ffight with Ahmed Shah Abdali and Nadershah and end the Mughal rule on Punjab, we can for sure end this fanatic Hindu rule as well. just to add................... We do not want to repeat the same mistake as 1947. We tried with India but it did not work out and it will never. We have to get our country back as we had during Maharaja Ranjit Singh's rule. We have to get our religion's birth place back. It is your choice to keep begging for your rights or snatch it. "Koi kisi ko raaj na dehaen, jo lae hain, nijj ball se lehain" It seems sikhs have not learned anything from the history and it will keep repeating itself. Until unless Punjab is stuck with India, Punjab can not flourish to its potential. Pleas enote majority of sikhs has not left Punjab because of leisure or money, they are forced to leave because of Punjab Police brutalities and corrupt system. Eyeacademic jeo, You could easily blame everything on state and akalis but how coome you could ignore the strings attached to the centre of each and every problem Punjab is facing? You blame akalis for not fighting for their rights; it seems you have forgotton the the struggles Punjab has gone through 1947 till 1995. Before you blame akalis, you should have ponder upon the responsibility to resoby Sagg - Gurmat Discussion Forum
One thing about Bhai Vir Singh ji is that his father and him were always in opposition to Raag mala and they used to publish write ups in their newspaper Khalsa Akhbar against raag mala uo until 1935. As long as there is election system in Gurdwaras specially with non religious people as voters, as long as Non religious people force it that they have equal right in Gurdwara management, all these type of disturbances or Gurdwara issues could not be controlled. Guru Sahib taught us only "Kirpan/Shakti/Power" is Karamat, without that you can not protect the religion. if Baba Banda Singh Bahadar was able to install Khalsa Raj, it was due to his military powers. Bhaen ji, First thing it seems is that waking up is not an issue, it is only to get your mind attuned to Guru Sahib/Simran. All you need is that as soon as you wake up, just assume/feel (actually true) that Guru Sahib is watching you. When you have that feeling, you automatically will do what Guru Sahib wants you to do and what you waked up for. Try what Preetam Singh ji mentioned as well.by Sagg - Gurmat Discussion Forum
I seek forgiveness again if I am hurting anybody's feeling. I was not questioning anything for Sikhs. I felt that Guru Sahib has given equal repect to other Names as long as one is truely seeking for Him.
