If Bhagat Namdev Ji, can use symbolism and references from Krishan Ji, and parise the Creator.
Could not Guru Sahib praise the Creater of ਅੱਦ੍ਰ ਸੁਤਾ in the same manner?

Similarily, Chhands 211 to 230 of Akal Ustat praise “ਮਹਿਖਾਸੁਰ ਮਰਦਨ”, and some Sikh scholars have even suggested that those are praises of the Devi and that they should be moved out of Akal Ustat and into Chandi-Charriter in future editions of Sri Dasam Granth. Bhai Randhir Singh in his book Gurmat Lekh states that contrary to others say, Chhands 211 to 230 of Akal Ustat are in praise of Akal Purakh and are in fact, Sri Mukh Vaak.

The late Giani Gurdit Singh Jee has also written in his history of Bhagat Bani book how the female/consort concept have started and eventually evolved to such a state in Indian philosophies where the feminine/consort eventually takes over as the main Ishth/object of worship over the original deity. This is what happened with Vaishnava tradition where Radha eventually took over as the main theme of worship over Krishan, and in the Shaiv tradition it also happened where his consort was equally worshiped. Sadly now this is also taking place in Sikh dharm as well where Shakti of Vaheguru is being worshiped and even presented as the feminine "other half" of Vaheguru. This is the just the start, if this goes on furthur eventually worship of Vaheguru's Shakti will overstake worshiped of Vaheguru. Let us hope this does not happen.

Forgive my ignorance, but could the "goddess" not simply be symbolic? I have very limited knowledge of Hinduism, and so when I read this passage I interpret it from a more poetic angle, rather than a scholarly angle
