Yet another backstabbing to Khalsa Panth! A surprising U-TURN by so called Jathedaars

ਬਠਿੰਡਾ: 5 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਈ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਯੂਨਾਇਟਿਡ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਲਾਹ, ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੰਡੇਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸੰਚਾਰ ‘ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਸਿੰਘ (ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪੰਜ ਪਿਆਰੇ) 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2016 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ‘ਸਰਬੱਤ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ’ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ 10 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਚੱਬਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਕੱਠ ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੰਸਦ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ; ਯੁਨਾਇਟਿਡ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੋਹਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਭਾਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਡ, ਭਾਈ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾਦੂਵਾਲ, ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਨਾਵਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਕਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਹਨਸਿੰਘਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਯੁਨਾਇਟਿਡ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ।

ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ) ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੰਸਦ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ; ਯੁਨਾਇਟਿਡ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੋਹਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਭਾਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਡ, ਭਾਈ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾਦੂਵਾਲ, ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਨਾਵਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਕਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਹਨਸਿੰਘਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਯੁਨਾਇਟਿਡ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ।

ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਬਿਆਨ ‘ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਵਾਰਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰੰਪਰਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਖਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਤਰਦਾ।

This shows how a power hungry people become so low.

A BIG SHAME.

1.From Tat-Gurmat's standpoint: Its true that, Panj Piarey are only Panj Piarey when sudhae of the Singhs and ardass is done in presence of Satguroo for them to partake seva of Panj. Only in that context, they have the authority as Panj Piarey that too in the presence of SatGuroo.
Its "kufr", to view & accept the 5 suspended sevadaars moving around as "Panj Piarey".
(Not in anyway I am questioning their sacrifices for standing up for the Panth, just that we need to set the context right from straying into deviance)

2. However, since Bhai Hawara was appointed as the Jathedaar of Sree Akal Takht(Sarpanch of Jathedaars) & he has decided that '5 sevadaar Singhs' to be given the responsibility. The others are in obligation to abide by it.

Bhai Hawara has decided that the Sarbat Khala be held under the guidence of 5 Panj Piarey. Meaning, these singhs are to be appointed as Panj Piarey in the presence of SatGuroo then & there. He has named the 5 as Bhai Satnaam Singh Khanda, Bhai Satnam Singh Khalsa, Bhai Major Singh, Bhai Tarlok Singh and Bhai Mangal Singh. They are to decide on next steps.

Using, or lets say "abusing" the Gurmat logic in point 1, to dismiss Bhai Jagtaar SIngh Hawara's decision for the 5 singhs to lead Sarbat Khalsa is manipulative attempt to legitimize Bhai Hawara's authority(mocks him and discredits him too). It also shows their attempt to keep their grip to their influence & power (which was mandated by Sangat in 2015)

3. My personal opinion; choosing someone behind bars(no matter who) who lacks the capacity to preside and decide on matters of the panth opened the door for power grabbing for the opportunists, in the first place
Appointing Bhai Mand Singh as a proxy-representative(decision maker). Seemed dodgy from the very beginning.
But thats a personal opinion.
SatGuroo knows better what the intentions in every heart are.

4.When Satguroo arrived in Sarbat Khalsa 2015, this was the hukamnama Satguroo gave:

First of all let be begin by saying i respect jathedar hawara ji

however this statement or wish is really not good for the panth right now.

here is why:

1. he doesnt know what is going on outside, he only gets one sided information. As a Jathedar of the panth daas thinks you should look on everything and then decide.

2. We have a acting jathedar. Which should handle everything until Jathedar hawara is released from jail.

3. For a normal sikh it seems there is no ekta between the jathedars( jathedar hawara, jathedar mand, jathedar ajnala and jathedar daduwal.

4. Since the incident between akj and Jathedar ajanala, it seems we have two groups now. One jathedar mand, ajnala and daduwal on the otherside those 5 singh ( bhai satnaam singh khanda etc.) and akj.

5. by choosing those 5 singhs it seems like a power move. why didnt he choose other 5 singhs? he could have choosen other respected gursikh for example Baba avtar singh bidi chand, jathedar bakhish singh ( akj), jathedar nihaal singh, jathedar ajnala, karsewa sant) by that you would have a balance and would have a ekta.

how can you bring ekta by selecting One Group and ignoring the acting jathedar????

in the end for me its a power move ... and it wont help the panth it will hurt the panth....

Last month these so called Jathedaars and their political alliance gave sole authority to Jathadaar Hawara jee to make any decision on SK2016 conduct. Then they further said that they will abide by Jathedaar Hawara's Hukam. See this earlier news especially highlighted portion.



Now they made a clear U-turn by saying we won't obey Jathedaar Hawara Jee's Hukam. What kind of the Sikhs they are?

It shows that they are power hungry people, as soon they find they couldn't fulfill their wishes they denied Jathedaar's Hukam.

Good thing is now Sikh masses know their bad intentions and they sided with Jathedaar Hawara Jee.

It's challenging to see the wood for the trees in Punjab. The politicians and leaders play out their games and as per usual the innocent are always on the receiving end and trust and honesty an almost distant dream. Until such time solid Gursikh leaders are in place the situation is not looking great in the short to medium term for Punjab..

I am speechless at the moment..

If Panj Pyare are selected just for the purpose of administering Amrit then their position resolves after their duties are carried. However, Panj Pyare are not limited to just this task only. If Panj Pyare are selected to lead the Panth as political leaders then their position remains as long as they remain in the office until Sarbat Khalsa meets and selects new Panj Pyare. This is how it is supposed to be. Five Sikhs acted as Panj Pyare when they requested Guru Sahib to leave the mud fort at Chamkaur Sahib. Five Sikhs were selected as Panj Pyare by Guru Sahib to guide Baba Banda Singh. In both cases, their task was not to administer Amrit. It shows that leaders of the Panth must be Panj Pyare and not a single person.

Panj Pyare from SGPC took the right step and their actions were selfless. Even though they were not selected by Sarbat Khalsa (true Sarbat Khalsa not the one held last year), they were headed in the right direction and they acted according to Gurmat given the circumstance.

Bhai Hawara may not be perfect but his strong faith and selflessness proves him to be a better candidate than most others. His decision to hand over the authority to Panj Pyare was correct because Panth must be led by Panj Pyare. On the other hand, Maan group and his associates went back on their words and delivered a decision against Gurmat by claiming that Panj Pyare can only administer Amrit and nothing else. This was the exact statement given by Makkar when he refused to pesh in front of Panj Pyare. This is nothing more than hunger games for power. This alone shows that the new appointed jathedars are not qualified for the positions. One side takes orders from Badal and the other from Maan. Both are unfit.
