ਹੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਫੁਲਾਣ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਮਾਨੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਕ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ।

ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਸੀਣ ਖਲੇਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ।
ਜ਼ਹੇ ਪਿਚਕਾਰੀਏ ਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਾਅਫ਼ਰਾਨੀHow beautiful and effective is a saffron filled squirt pump?
ਕੇਸਰ ਭਰੀ ਪਿਚਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਿਆ ਕਹਿਣਾ ।

ਉਸਦੇ ਮੁਬਾਰਿਕ ਹ?ਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁਲਾਲ ਛਿੜਕਣ ਨਾਲ
ਜ਼ਮੀਨੋ ਆਸਮਾਂ ਰਾ ਸੁਰਖ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਦ ॥ ੩੩ ॥ ੪ ॥It made both the earth and the heaven all crimsen colored for me. (33 ) (4)
ਧਰਤੀ ਅਸਮਾਨ ਲਾਲੋ ਲਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ।

ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਦੋਵੇਣ ਦੁਨੀਆਣ ਰੰਗੀਨ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਣ,
ਚੂ ਸ਼ਾਹਮ ਜਾਮਾ ਰੰਗੀਨ ਦਰ ਗੁਲੂ ਕਰਦ ॥ ੩੩ ॥ ੫ ॥When he put shiny clothes suitable for only rich people on my neck. (33) (5)
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਹਾਣ ਵਰਗੇ ਰੰਗੀਨ ਕਪੜੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਗਲ ਵਿਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ।
ਕਸੇ ਕੂ ਦੀਦ ਦੀਦਾਰਿ ਮੁਕੱਦਸAnyone who was fortunate to get a sacred glimpse of Him, the Guru,
ਜਿਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੇ,
ਮੁਰਾਦਿ ਉਮਰ ਰਾ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਨਿਕੋ ਦਰਦ ॥ ੩੩ ॥ ੬ ॥Take it that he, surely, was able to fulfill his lifelong desire. (33) (6)
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਮਝੋ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਮੁਰਾਦ ਪਾ ਲਈ ।
ਸ਼ਵਦ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਖ਼ਾਕਿ ਰਾਹਿ ਸੰਗਤGoyaa says, If I could sacrifice myself for the dust of the path traversed by noble souls,
ਸੰਗਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਤੋਣ ਕੁਬਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵਾਣ,
ਦਿਲਿ ਗੋਯਾ ਹਮੀਣ ਰਾ ਆਰਜ਼ੂ ਕਰਦ ॥ ੩੩ ॥ ੭ ॥This is all that I have wished and persevered all my life. My life's ambition would be fulfilled. (33) (7)
ਬਸ ਗੋਯਾ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਏਨੀ ਹੀ ਚਾਹ ਹੈ ।
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਬਚਨਕਮਾਵਣੇਸਚਾਏਹੁਵੀਚਾਰੁ॥
