Langar issue

can anyone please post the gurbaani tukks and rehatnaamas about who could prepare , serve langar in gurdwara
and also some singhs eat from gurdwara whoever made the food.
I am asking this because a bibeki singh here stays at guru ghar and make he make his own food and a different parcharak stayed with him at guru ghar for few days and seen that singh make his own food and may be jealous or some another member told him to speak abt that. Next day he did parchaar in sangtaan that langar and pangat at guru ghar should be one according to rehat maryada and any sevaadar amrit dhaari or sehajdhaari sikh is acceptable.
we need to speak with that parcharak pls post gurmat nirnay asap.

A little something that I can say is that to call bibekis pakhandis, which is what this kathavachak probably did is to call all of those babbar shaheeds, '78 shaheeds, mahapurakhs from the taksal like Sant Jarnail Singh pakhandis. These parcharaks would not say this to the Shaheed's faces because they would be too scared.
