The Vedas, the Puraanas and the Simritees, the purest of utterances, were created from the One Word of the Name of the Lord.
8) ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਲਗਿ ਬੇਦ ਉਪਾਏ ॥
Remembering the Lord, the Vedas were composed.
9) ਓਅੰਕਾਰਿ ਬੇਦ ਨਿਰਮਏ ॥
Ongkaar created the Vedas.
