Forever Free
May 31, 2012 05:36AM
Free me from their biting claws
Their stubborn grip,
their manmat laws
Their snarling lips
And words like saws

Their blackmail chains
Their cuffs of blame
Their angry eyes
And blinded cries
Attempts to shame
Their evil mind games

Free me from this separation
Break me from this hesitation
Bind me to the recitation
Of the only source
Of salvation

And free me once and for all
Hold me so that I don't fall
End these endless births and deaths
So I can rest
So I can rest

Sovereign lord, hear my prayer
Write your name
Into my every hair
Rom, rom, let it flow through me
So it can let me free
Just let me free

Unbound master, Saviour King,
Father Khalsa,Guru Gobind Singh
This is what I ask of you
Make me your faujee
Adorned in blue

Free me from my inner plague
Let me be a soldier-sage
Unwavering like a Kaur should be
Unbound Khalsa, forever free

You definetly know it's bad times when Manmukhs would rather have their kids
1) wear revealing clothes rather than bana
2) Spend more time on studies and less on patt
3) Eat Poisonous food from outside, rather cooking their own food from natural ingredients

The list goes on...
