In Pauri 48, on Ang 943 the following Questions were asked by Sidhas:
ਕਵਨ ਮੁਖਿ ਚੰਦੁ ਹਿਵੈ ਘਰੁ ਛਾਇਆ ॥
ਕਵਨ ਮੁਖਿ ਸੂਰਜੁ ਤਪੈ ਤਪਾਇਆ ॥
ਕਵਨ ਮੁਖਿ ਕਾਲੁ ਜੋਹਤ ਨਿਤ ਰਹੈ ॥
ਕਵਨ ਬੁਧਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਤਿ ਰਹੈ ॥
ਕਵਨੁ ਜੋਧੁ ਜੋ ਕਾਲੁ ਸੰਘਾਰੈ ॥Guru Sahib first gave a terse response in the last Pankiti that goes as follows:
ਬੋਲੈ ਬਾਣੀ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੈ ॥48॥One should speak Baani and Vichaar Baani.
Then in the next three Pauris (Pauri 49 to 51), Guru Sahib went on to explain this concept in detail. In the last Pauri while explaining the concept of Naam and other mystical Avasthas, Guru Sahib also mentioned the Sunn Avastha i.e. that Avastha where the worldly thoughts cease to exist.
When Guru Sahib mentioned Sunn, the Sidhas in the 52nd Pauri asked about where does Sunn Avastha originate from and what are persons with this Avastha like (
ਸੁੰਨੋ ਸੁੰਨੁ ਕਹੈ ਸਭੁ ਕੋਈ ॥ ਅਨਹਤ ਸੁੰਨੁ ਕਹਾ ਤੇ ਹੋਈ ॥ ਅਨਹਤ ਸੁੰਨਿ ਰਤੇ ਸੇ ਕੈਸੇ ॥). The questions of Sidhas related to Sunn are mentioned in the first 3 Pankitis of Pauri 52. In the 4th to 6th Pankitis of this Pauri, Guru Sahib responds to one of their questions i.e. What are persons with Sunn Avastha like (Question in 2nd Pankiti). The answers asked in this Pauri i.e. 52nd Pauri, are then answered in further detail in Pauris 53 and 54.
In Pauri 55, new questions are being asked, so there is no need to read this Pauri in Hukamnama Sahib.
In the light of the above Vichaar, it seems like the Hukamnama Sahib should be read from Pauri 52 to 54 because questions and answers related to Sunn are in these Pauris. One may say that the Vichaar in Pauris 52 to 54 are related to Vichaar that was being done in Pauris 48 to 50. In such case, it's fine to read these Pauris as well.
