Gupt5 ji, Limited sarbloh utensils can be purchased from Sikh Missionary society in Southall. They usually have karahis, batai, spoons and sometimes other utensils. There is also a place in Birmingham, Handsworth ("Darshans", Roockery Road) where sarbloh utensils have been available. Sarbloh karahis can often be easily purchased from most Indian utensil stores. Hope this helps.by Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Wonderful thoughts 'Jaskirat' ji. Using a Sarblohi bata whilst bathing brings just another magical and an exhilarating experience during Gurmat Ishnaan. I personally know of many Singhs who use a Sarblohi baalti and bata or mugga to do Gurmat ishnaan in Punjab and in the west. Historically and traditionally, jal has been stored in clay pots since water does not keep in Sarbloh for long. Mitby Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Thanks for sharing Bhai MB Singh ji. It is more than true that we are losing not only Rehits but vocabulary too. Elder Gursikhs are the last to show signs of so many words that have disappeared over night in Punjab and in the west. A recent word (jaloos) found in an isthiaar of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh ji was discussed on another thread by Bhai Kulbir Singh ji. I think more words were listby Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum

It is actually really sad to know that there are Saroops in Saukhasan around various places where Parkaash of the Saroop is only done once in a while or a few times a year, yet there are genuine Gursikhs who are in eager need of Saroops to do daily seva, Sehaj Paath and to receive daily darshan. Something needs to be done for those genuine Gursikhs in the West who are being deprived of doing dby Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Or how about the simple fact that it's Guru Sahib's hukam to keep Kesh. No other explaination is required, it's simple. Guru Sahib told us to keep Kesh. What is the need getting into man made technicalities. Kesh Guru de morh han!by Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Kulbir Singh [ PM ] Re: Sehaj Paath September 08, 2011 10:35AM 1. Sehaj Paath is done from Siri Guru Granth Sahib jee's Saroop after doing full Ishnaan. 2. Yes, Ardaas is done before and after each Paath session. 3. Degh is prepared at the Aarambh of Paath and at Bhog. 4. Paath from Pothi too has great Mahatam but it's not called Sehaj Paath. One can call it Sadharan Paath. Kby Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Make it your day like Hari Chand's Tara Rani make a run away run and fall at their doorway The Saints await your stay don't wait for another day, tighten that kamarkasa and be on your way The stars are shining leave now, on the pathway there's all night to play with the Sant Mandali today If only there was a roadway, a long enough highway I wouldn't be in dismay, but sittingby Amritvela - Gurmat Discussion Forum
