I've been reading Bhai Sahibs book recently Gurmat Bibek.

The chapters of Giaan which is located in Simran Bibek section.
Below are some extracts and Gurvaaks. (Please read full chapters I'm just giving some thoughts based on Book)

1॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Bhav - Naam Roopi Nidhan Hee Tatt Giaan Sar Bibek Hai.

1॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Dukh Bhajanhar Gurmat Naam Noo Athar Pehar Aradana Pooran Gurmat Giaan Hai.
Ateh Ato Pehar Naam Aradan Roopi Satguru De Sar Bachan Noo Kamavnaa Hee Sar Gurmat Bibek Hai

Gurmat Giaanee Lee Naam BaNee Da Abhyass Avesh Lazeemee Hai. Gurmat Gianee Dee Giaan Pashan Naam Neesan Hai.
Ateh Leentaa Poorantaa Valeh Param Pad Vikeh Jaa Ke Naam At Giaan Anhudee Apaar Ateh Agmee Rangaa Vikeh Ek Mik
Hoe Ke Abhed Hoe Jadeh Hun.
Pooran Giaan Bivsthaa Andar, Naam Anhad Junkaar De Sehaj Sifat Salahee Rangaa Vich Samaa Ke Pooran Bibek Ban Janda Hai!

There other very good writings which I could post another time.

The above GurVaaks prove that Naam/BaNee is true Gurmat Giaan. Sukh/Shant come from Naam/BaNee. Alot Gursikhs don't indulged in much talking/activity throughout initial stages of starting Naam Kamai. After reading from Jeevanis of Mahapurakhs they would also speak later on in their jeevan. We can not all be like this, they are Virleh!.

We should indugled in Naam/Banee/Sangat only. Only through his Kirpa is Taat Giaan possible to the seeker.
If the above GurVaaks and many more in GurbaNee prove that this is Giaan. Then I thought veechar should be kept to a minimal and only when needed...?

Please share you thoughts.

Thanks for sharing Veer Ji. I strongly agree that true vichaar is doing Naam Abhyiaas, but I also believe their is much laha to be gained when discussing Gurmat with practicing Gursikhs. This is how one learns to get more engaged in Naam abhyiaas. For example, by joining this site I have learned much more about living a life dedicated to Naam Abhyiaas.

When Guru Sahib says to speak "little". My understanding is that one should not engage in Idle talk and even religious talk with those that are not interested. But if we discuss Gurmat with those that are serious seekers there is much to gain. It has been my experience that when I discuss Gurmat with Rehatvan Singhs I get much anand, but when discussing with liberal disinterested Sikhs or non- Sikhs my mind becomes very chanchal the next day.
