Essential bibek

Please could gursikhs here mention important overlooked aspects of keeping sarbloh bibek. I know the best method is to learn in sangat, but this isn't possible for many. So please list here. I'll start:

- The tap should be cleaned before use.

One of the aspects of keeping Bibek is Sucham. Not only the tap but also where you cook food and serve food on should be cleaned before use and eating. Also washing your hands before eating anything is important, including DEGH! Many people overlook washing raw ingredients before eating including Nuts, which is quite disgusting, considering that these nuts have been in warehouses and probably been surrounded by rodents and such. Not only is washing part of sucham, but it is also for hygienic purpose as well.
