ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਸਦਕਾ, ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ ਅਸੂਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਕਰਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥਾ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ, ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਵੀਰ ਭਾਈ ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਿਨਾਉਣੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਤਿ ਨਿੰਦਣਜੋਗ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਮੇਵਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਰਵਾਇਤ ਛਬੀਲ ਦੀ ਆੜ ਹੇਠ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਮਹਾਨ ਰਵਾਇਤ ਨੂੰ ਧੱਬਾ ਲਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ, ਸਰਬਤ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਤਖਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਥਾਪੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ, ਭਾਈ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੰਗਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਇਕੱਤਰਤਾ ਵਿਚ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਭੱਦੀ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਬਲੀ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੀ ਗਲ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਖਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਪਦਵੀ ਤੇ ਸਸ਼ੋਭਿਤ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਗਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿਖ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਪਵਿਤਰ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਦੁਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਭਾਈ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮੱਰਥਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਭਾਈ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਭਾਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਡ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਹੀ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਇਕ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਾੜੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਰਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਈ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਹਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਲਈ ਇਸ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਣਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਗਮਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੇਚੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ 200 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਥ ਵਿਚ ਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਮਸਲੇ ਫੋਕੀਆਂ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਮੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਰਤਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ। ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਖਿਆਲ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਭੰਡਣਾ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਗਲ ਹੈ। ਰਾਗਮਾਲਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋ ਚੁਕਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਚਾਹੇ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੰਦਾਵਣੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਾਠ ਕਰੇ ਚਾਹੇ ਰਾਗਮਾਲਾ ਤੱਕ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਹਨ। ਆਪਣੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਪਿਛਲੇ 2015 ਵਾਲੇ ਸਰਬਤ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਮਤਾ ਪਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੇੜੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਭਾਈ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਜੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਰਾਗਮਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਮਸਲਾ ਉਛਾਲ ਕੇ ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੰਡਣਾ ਨਜਾਇਜ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਤਾਂ “ਨੈਪੋਲੀਅਨ” ਵਾਲੀ ਹੀ ਗਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਪਾੜਾ ਹੋਰ ਵਧੇਗਾ।
ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਗਮਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਰਲਗੱਡ ਕਰਕੇ, ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨਾ ਇਕ ਗੈਰ-ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰਾਨਾ ਹਰਕਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਥ ਵਿਚ ਫੁੱਟ ਵਧੇਗੀ। ਰਾਗਮਾਲਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਮਸਲੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਹਿਰਦ ਸੱਜਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਜੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਜਾਂ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਥੋਪਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ।
ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਪਰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਥ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁਚੇ ਪੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਅਨੁਸਾਰੀ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਕੇ, ਮੁਕੱਮਲ ਏਕਤਾ ਵੱਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਦਮ ਵਧਾਉਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥਾ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਖਾਲਸੇ ਦਾ ਬਾਣਾ ਪਹਿਣ ਕੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਜ ਸਵਾਰਥ ਹਿੱਤ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਜਤਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਵਕਤ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਭ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਜ ਸਵਾਰਥ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਰ ਉਠ ਕੇ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਜਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹੋਣ। ਇਹ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਗੁਰਸਿਖਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਿਚਰੀਏ ਨਾ ਕੇ ਭਾਈ ਚੌਪਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਕਥਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੀਏ:
ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖ, ਸਿੱਖ ਕੋ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਕੈਦ ਕਰਾਏ, ਲੁਟਾਏ, ਮਰਵਾਏ, ਸੋ ਦੈਂਤ ਜਾਨਣਾ॥

Akhand Keertani Jatha continues to uphold and perpetuate the Gurmat teachings, traditions and values as laid out by the Great Gurus of the Khalsa Panth.
In response to the recent events, Akhand Keertani Jatha Worldwide condemns the shameful act of killing our fellow Gursikh brother Bhai Bhupinder Singh. It is a shameful and highly condemn able that those responsible for this heinous crime used the sanctified Sikh institution of Chabeel (offering of free drinks) to deliver a deceptive act of murderous bullets instead.
The Worldwide Jatha also condemns the inappropriate and foul language used in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib Ji and the Sadh Sangat. The Khalsa Panth has very high expectations of anybody elected as a Takht Jathedhaar. Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala, who is thought to be a senior and knowledgeable Gursikh, should be setting a high standard and a better example for the rest of the Sangat and our Naujawaan. Our Takht Jathedhaars are not above the Saadh Sangat, so the use of profanity falls far short of good repute and expected conduct. We cannot allow our Takhts to be misused or misrepresented, and withdraw our support for him as the Jathedar of Takhat Sri Kesgarh Sahib.
There are recognised issues in the Panth which are complex and without resolution, of which one is Raag Maala. The current and correct status agreed in the Panth is that it is acceptable to complete Bhog by reading or not read Raag Mala. Condemnation of those who have a different viewpoint is neither Panthic nor the brotherly attitude that is clearly required in a Sarbat Khalsa. Using a public stage at such an emotional time in the Sangat is akin to dividing the Sangat and falls squarely into the very "Napolean" thinking that he is attempting to condemn. Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala was selected at the last Sarbat Khalsa in 2015, where a mataa was passed to refrain from discussing any controversial issues. If the 'Jathedars' cannot abide by these decisions, we can only conclude that they are not fit for the role. In addition, a few days ago, Jathedar Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara Ji's acting Jathedar Mand Ji gave Hukam to youth to not use inappropriate or foul language, when debating on the social media. Bhai Ajnala's speech has directly violated that very Hukam. Therefore, some stern action should be taken. AKJ Worldwide stands by the resolution in the Sri Akal Takht Rehat Maryada which confirms that the Bhog of Akhand Paat can conclude without the reading of Raag Maala.
The attempt to confuse the Sangat about Raag Maala and combining it with current Dasam Granth issues has seen the Sadh Sangat put into further doubt. These issues must be dealt with at a Panthic level using an agreed approach that is both Panthic and unbiased. Personal views should not be imposed upon Sadh Sangat since this only causes further divide. Any person who is actively bringing up contentious issues, with a clear intent of splitting up the Sangat should be condemned by all as an enemy of the Khalsa Panth.
A Sampardhaa or Jathebandi cannot and should not attempt to forcefully replace the Panthic Maryada laid out by the Akal Takht with their own. Guru Gobind Singh Ji created the Khalsa Panth and we should all move forward to create a united Panth in a fair and transparent way.
AKJ Worldwide condemns such enemies of the Panth that wear the respected garb gifted by Kalgidhaar Paatshah but besmirch it with their ulterior motives using hateful and evil actions.
It is now time for all Gursikhs to put the Panth and it's stability at the forefront. It is essential that we work in the Khalsa Spirit and not in the demonic way that Bhai Chaupa Singh outlined in his Rehatnama centuries ago:
ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਕੈਦ ਕਰਾਏ, ਲੁਟਾਏ, ਮਰਵਾਏ, ਸੋ ਦੈਂਤ ਜਾਨਣਾ।
A Sikh who intentionally play role in sending other Sikh in jail, involve in looting (steal) of other Sikh, commit killing of other Sikh, that Sikh must be known as Daint (demon).
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਬਚਨਕਮਾਵਣੇਸਚਾਏਹੁਵੀਚਾਰੁ॥
