Confirmation: kirtan recording of Bhai Sahib?

Can someone confirm if this is indeed a recording of Bhai Sahib ji?

Amazing kirtan, I do wonder how the copy is so clear if it is Bhai Sahib.

That recording is not that of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jeeo but is of Bhai Mehar Singh jee. Bhai Mehar Singh jee is singing the Reet or tune that Bhai Sahib jee used to sing but the voice is definitely not that of Bhai Sahib jee but is of Bhai Mehar Singh jee. Bhai Mehar Singh some time ago, released a book which had selected tunes that Bhai Sahib used to sing.
