Gursikhs store food in glass or clay bhanday when putting it in the fridge. If your fridge is shared by non-Amritdharis then the least that should be done is having a seperate compartment where only you would be using it so that the food is not touched by non-Amritdharis. You should also cover all of the food with Kapra to give one more layer and keep the food Sucha. Best is to have a separate fridge, but if the people sharing the fridge can be totally trusted not to touch your compartment at all then you could follow the above method.
Whenever eating any food that has to be put into a Bhanda to eat it has to be put into Sarbloh at time of eating, so you would need to take a Sarbloh Bata with you. Alternatively you could just take Paraunthey or Parshada with Sabjee wrapped in the middle and could wrap this in Kapra. Then you would just need to open it and eat it as this can be just held in your hand to eat.
Rest it is better to stay in Sangat of Sarblohi Gursikhs to understand the practical application of Sucham and Bibek.
