Question: Beadbi CHARGES

My question is how would a person be punished as per indian law for desecrating Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji's Saroop?

I know that In a historic judgment delivered on 29th March 2000, the Supreme Court of India had declared the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as a juristic person.

But what does that mean for someone who rips the Angs and demolishes or burns the Paavan Saroop?

Can a case of murder be filed against such culprits?

Dharamrai ne puchna hai, "Khalsa ji kede haq na amrit chakya si, beadbi karan vale ek bande nu vi gaddi nahi chaad sakke tusi. Khalsa ji ki tuhanu bheek mangan vaaste tyar kita si. Ki tusi saari zindagi insaaf di bheek he mang de ravoge. Ki tusi saari zindagi road te naare baazi karde ravoge".

Dharamrai ne puchna hai, "Khalsa ji tusi kalle kalle sava lakh te akhaunde ho. Ki holle mahalle de din tuhadi ginti sava lakh bhi nahi hundi ki 50 km chandigarh ja ke ek paapi chand nu gaddi chaad sako. Par Khalsa ji tusi Shahidi parab te Sri Darbar sahib vich aapas che kirpana zaroor chala sakde ho".

Saada jeevan ek intezaar ban ke reh gaya hai. Saanu intezaar hai koi sant dobara aauga, aa ke dhur ki bani paduga, te saade haq saanu vaapis duauga, te panth da sab kuch sawaar ke chala jauga. Asi ardaas karni hai par khalsa ji asi apni hathi kuch nahi karna.

Saanu sharam aauni chahidi hai ki saanu neend v kida aundi hai. Saadi anakh mar gayi, akhan vicho sharam da pani mar gaya, bairaag mar gaya. Hun shaheedi vi kede moo na pavange.

There is no Indian law which protect Khalsa rights in these situations.

SGPC, DGMC and private printers they all heavily contributed in beadbi by printing Khandit baani (Pad Ched). Furthermore distributed Khandit Saroops without any background checks. This massive distribution resulted in current situation.

Until Panth takes care of this first til then It would be harder to control such incidents. GOI is against Sikhs, why would they care for respect of Guru Sahib if our own Sikhs are disrespectful.

Local Gurduara mostly empty in Darbar Sahib but langar always someone chatting away or on mobile tuning in to jhoot. Many get ardas answered but keep idols in home, vehicle, go mandir etc. Local weekly ladies doing Sukhmani but I witness hateful attitude towards sangat, frequent nindak etc.
SOME Sikh youth from punjab smoking, womanising with foreign non sikh maids in little india, singapore after Gurduara. But it is not just Singapore, in usa, canada Gurduara also sangat talking or outdoors during Akhand Path
Would Bhai Randhir Singh Jio behave as we sikhs do today?

Dear Sangat Ji,

I had a very technical question, which has been taken into another direction.

Obviously everything you said is totally true.

But the Supreme Court of India has declared Guru Ji's Saroop as a jursitic Person. This thread is related to the technical Situation not with spirituality or religious Sentiments.

What does it mean to be a juristic Person? They have also declared that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is not to be equated to Hindu Idols. SO in that case what does it mean by Indian law if you rip apart the pages??

Define juristic per indian court definition ji?

Indian supreme court has further desecrated Guru Granth Sahib Jio with that term, in my manmukh opinion.
Guru Granth Sahib Jio is SUPREME KING CREATOR OF ALL and above qualities of person and juristic ji.
Truly sad that term has to be given to judge a VERY OBVIOUS DISHONOR TO HIGHEST AUTHORITY ji.
If only our Sikh kaum, especially those in high status in India, and world could unite to acknowledge our Sikh Rehit, and Sanctity of Guru Granth Sahib Jio.

The Sant Samaj have further lowered themselves in the eyes of the Quom and supported the Badals once more and are opposing Sarbat Khalsa. What are the conditions for a Sarbat Khalsa and do we have the right people leading the movement?

In the article provided by Mohan Singh, it saysPunishment for murder cannot be awarded for bonfire etc. of Guru Granth Sahib because murder means killing of a human being by a human being. Besides, the Guru of the Sikhs, being immortal, can neither be killed nor does it die.
