On seeing the word Allah in the first Pankti, a lot of people associate this Pankti with different religions and justify their claim that 'all religions are equal.' I personally do not feel comfortable with this veechar.

What this Moorakh understands is that this Shabad is Bhagat Kabir Jee's experience at the Avastha whereby he saw Akal Purakh's Niranjani Jot not just in every person, but in Zarra Zarra of this Kainaat.

Can Gurmukh Pyaare please share some more veechar on this Shabad.

Well, all people are equal (as mentioned in this Shabad), but that does not necessarily mean that all religions are equal.
Also, consider the Shabad that follows this one:
