Can we eat Corn Flakes?

I read the ingredients..I could not find anyhing bad so I guess yes!!!

Corn flakes aren't bibeki jee.

Yeah bhenji I did research and got that it's processed cereal so we can't eat it. But we can eat oats as they are in raw form.

Quick Oats (the flattened ones) are processed, hence not Bibeki. You can eat Steel Cut Oats which are just cut really small.
