Seems like a RSS propaganda, nothing more than that.
Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee is Dhur Ki Baani whereas Vedas are written by mortals that is why they don't have essence of Akaal Purakh. Sri Dasmesh Jee clearly points out this
ਬਿਆਸਪਰਾਸੁਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਭੇਦਨਹਿਬੇਦਉਚਾਰਤ ॥ i.e.
ਬਿਆਸ, ਪਰਾਸੁਰ, ਬ੍ਰਹਮ, ਭੇਦ ਨਹਿ; ਬੇਦ ਉਚਾਰਤ ॥Who else knows better that Sri Dasmesh Jee.
If mentioning of Vedas in Sri Guru Granth Sahib makes them feel that praising of Vedas then with the same token they should realize that Katebs (Quraan, Torah and Gospel) too are praised. A total nonsense.
Gurbani doesn't subscribe neither of them, in fact Guru Sahib makes neat distinction:
... ਏਕੁ ਗੁਸਾਈ ਅਲਹੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥
ਹਿੰਦੂ ਤੁਰਕ ਦੁਹਾਂ ਨੇਬੇਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਹਜ ਕਾਬੈ ਜਾਉ ਨ ਤੀਰਥ ਪੂਜਾ ॥
ਏਕੋ ਸੇਵੀ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਦੂਜਾ ॥੨॥
ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਉ ਨ ਨਿਵਾਜ ਗੁਜਾਰਉ ॥
ਏਕ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਲੇ ਰਿਦੈ ਨਮਸਕਾਰਉ ॥੩॥
ਨਾ ਹਮ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਨ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ॥
ਅਲਹ ਰਾਮ ਕੇ ਪਿੰਡੁ ਪਰਾਨ ॥੪॥ ...Nor we are Hindu neither Muslim.
