ਸਲੋਕ ਮ: ੧ ॥
ਨਾਨਕਸਾਵਣਿਜੇਵਸੈਚਹੁਓਮਾਹਾਹੋਇ ॥
ਨਾਗਾਂਮਿਰਗਾਂਮਛੀਆਂਰਸੀਆਂਘਰਿਧਨੁਹੋਇ ॥੧॥

ਨਾਨਕਸਾਵਣਿਜੇਵਸੈਚਹੁਵੇਛੋੜਾਹੋਇ ॥
ਗਾਈਪੁਤਾਨਿਰਧਨਾਪੰਥੀਚਾਕਰੁਹੋਇ ॥੨॥
These two shabads came up while doing path. This shabad beautifully describes the avastha of Gurmukh Jans. By doing rigrous Naam Abhiyaas Kamaayee they would undergo both Umaahaa and Vishorraa at different- different times. In the joy of naam they are so charged up and happy just like the Snakes, Deer, Fishes, and dhanvaan in the rain. And when the feeling of vishorra peeps in they go sad and cry just like Calves, Poor, Travelers, and Servants in the rain.
By witnessing two or three such persons I think they enjoy being in both the conditions and Its a win-win situation for them.
