I remember reading that that in Puratan Saroops its written as Ajoop Hain Abhoot Hain. The reason being in Chachree Chhand the chaal is laghu, guru, lagu guru. Giani Harbans Singh Ji mentions that ਅਜੂ ਹੈਂ ॥ ਅਭੂ ਹੈਂ interrupts the chaal of this chhand. He mentions some people add an ਅ to complete the chaal so its written as ਅਜੂਅ ਹੈਂ ॥ ਅਭੂਅ ਹੈਂ When Talwara Ji points out the difference between SGPC saroops and Private written Saroops in his nitenem steek the private saroops are written as "ਅਜੂਅ ਹੈਂ ॥ ਅਭੂਅ ਹੈਂ " .Giani Harbans Singh Ji mentions that Damdami Taksal accept it as Ajoop Hain Abhoot Hain but Giani Gurbanchan Singh Jis son writes it as ਅਜੂ ਹੈਂ ॥ ਅਭੂ ਹੈਂ in his steek. Mahan Kosh goes with this spelling as well.

So if he (Sukhdeep Singh) does not have a fully worked out issue with conclusive answers he should not mention the issue at all? What kind of attitude are you presenting?
