Here are few lines from the text, what Professor Puran Singh writes about GURU GOBIND SINGH JI saying to DALLA, i.e. talking with DALLA about the dfference of KHALSA as compared to his so called brave soldiers.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa

-----------KHALSA WAHEGURU JI DA HAI. AION NAHIN JIVEN KILA TALWANDI, CHHOLE TE BAJRA TERI MAALKEE HAI TE OH MURDA CHEEZAN TERE KABZE WHICH HAN. PARR JIVEN KIRNAN SURAJ DIAN HAN. JIVEN BOOTE NAAL LAGGA PHALL BOOTE DA HAI. JIVEN CHASME DI AAD NAAL LAGGA SAROVAR CHASME DAA HAI. HAAN DALIAA. TIVEN KHALSA WAHEGURU DA HAI, APNE TE APNE NAAL PROTA.-----------------

It is very meaningful and inspirative. May be some one translates it.

Khalsa is, of Waheguru.
It is not like that; as Kila Talwandi is your village or as the Gram crop or the Sorghum field is your property or as those dead material things are in your possession.
But as the sun rays are of the Sun. As the fruit attached to the plant is of the plant. And as the water pond attached through the small stream of the spring is of the spring.
Yes, Oh Dallah.
So is Khalsa, of Waheguru.
His own and always in His union.

This is my attempt to translate. Bhul Chuk Muaaf Hove Ji
