This is the first Ang from Sri Guru Granth Sahib, written in Shahmukhi script (obtained from Punjab Digital Library). As you would expect, the first two lines at the top are the Mool Mantar, from Ik Oankaar to Gurprasad. Below that in the centre is the word "Jap" signalling the beginning of Sri Japji Sahib. There are some words in the margin, outside the border, and these are to clarify meanings e.g. it says "Hazara Hazoor" as a clarification of "Hadra Hadoor".
