From my limited experience and assisting my my wife making all of two, yes. The differences are in the quality/decorative properties of material, but the principle is the same - center flat cloth surrounded by a frilled edge. The process is the same, the measurements are a bit different (frilled edge may by only 6-10 inches, depending on size for Chandoa Sahib, much larger for the Takht Posh to reach the ground). Overall attention to detail with the Chandoa Sahib is usually a bit finer too.
