BUTTER ???

Actually my Question is that can we Eat Amul Butter...??
Recently,I came to know many singhs all over India eats Butter as their daily meal but we avoid it because of unknown procedure of its manufacturing and by the way Amul Butter includes Salt,so how they add to it??

Bibeki Singhs only use butter which has been made by themselves. This is normally done by extracting cream from the milk and churning it to make butter. Maybe these Bibeki Singhs you see using butter may use it to make Gheo? If so then then they will boil the butter until purified and refined, which is then acceptable for eating.

Bhai Sahib jee I am talking about Butter which we get from grocery stores .....
I am very surprised tht how bibeki singh can eat it?
