include walking the wrong path with our feet
include laughing at someone for wrong reasons as if to take the pi88
include being careful in what we say when we do sewa in sangat -( sakki of the sikh who died and became a bear- comes to mind)
include to keep critcism contructive not abusive
include don't look for bad in others just in yourself --
