Its not that this guy's zameer woke up one fine day. It was done out of sheer frustration as he wasn't promoted to the rank he wanted to, even after he killed 83 innocent young Sikhs. Why did he wait 20 years to disclose this? Anyways, its good the truth has come out finally.
