ਚੰਦ੍ਰਕਾਂਤਾਂ ਮਣੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੱਪ, ਮਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ[ ਚੰਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਰਨਾਂ ਪੈਣ ਤੋਂ, ਮਣੀ’ਚੋਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ਹੈ[ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚੱਟ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਮੇਟਦਾ ਹੈ[

does anybody know what this snake is called in english?

Probably these types of Snake were never discovered outside India and hence may have local/regional name and may Not have English names !!!
