Last Saturday, daas went to an Anand Kaaraj of a very chardikala couple...they were not directly from jatha but Laava was performed by Jatha Singhs. Families frm both d sides were pretty excited and people from many different jathebandi's were too there. Atmosphere was sublime, everyone was just waiting for the Lavaa's to get read and couple performing parikarmaa's around Guru Sahib.
Granthi Singh performed ardaas, tooked hukamnaama, Keertani Singh read
ਉਸਤਤਿ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਜੀ ਮੈ ਹਭ ਵਞਾਈ ਛੋੜਿਆ ਹਭੁ ਕਿਝੁ ਤਿਆਗੀ ॥
ਹਭੇ ਸਾਕ ਕੂੜਾਵੇ ਡਿਠੇ ਤਉ ਪਲੈ ਤੈਡੈ ਲਾਗੀ ॥੧॥
nd Granthi Singh then started reading Laava from Gurusaab and so did the Keertani Singhs (sung) and with each Laav couple went around Guru Sahib. In short everything was in maryaada.
but wait wait wait ...!!!
were Guru Sahib really present there....???
i wish m wrong, but i believe my true guru the LARRIVAARSAROOP OF SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI MAHARAJ were not there ..!!
So everything which was performed -Ardaas for the aagya, Palle di rasam, Laava performed were valid ..??
Will there marriage will be parvaan in the dargah of guru ..??
m sure many of us do not care about our true guru ...but it does not make them any lesser important.
So please at least on certain important occasions where Guru Sahib needs to be present hazar-najar we should prakash of our true guru in their original LARRIVAAR form.
