What is the best example one can give to prove that Gurbani Vyakaran (employing the laga matra at the end of words) is essential to get the correct arths of Gurbani?

Sometimes people who are unaware of the importance Vyakaran in Gurbani say that it is man-made or not important. We should be able to answer our fellow Gursikhs by providing examples from Gurbani.

One should consider the pattern of words as per various matras that make up as Gurbanee Viakaran .
It is wrong to say that these matras are man made..People saying so forget to understand that these matras
have been placed by our 5th Nanak GuRu Arjan Dev ji and therefore these are there for some purpose.
So our duty is to develop understanding for the application of these matras and how these may be useful in getting the right meanings of Gurbanee messages.

Therecan be various examples to prove the significance of these matras in directing the correct meaning of Gurbanee
words.
One can Look a Quote as
॥੪੯॥ ਰਾਮੁ ਗਇਓ ਰਾਵਨੁ ਗਇਓ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਬਹੁ ਪਰਵਾਰੁ ॥ ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਥਿਰੁ ਕਛੁ ਨਹੀ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਜਿਉ ਸੰਸਾਰੁ pp1429
Here the word RAAM is with amatra of Aukad under M

Now any word with a matra of Aukad under last letter is NOUN SINGULAR Masculine Gender. And NOUN word is one that refers to Single Person Place or Thing.

In the given Quote the word RAAMu is Proper Noun and since it is being used in context with another word RAAVANu which is again a NOUN word..So the word RAAMu is reference for a Person (RAM CHANDRA jiof RAMAYANA) as its use is in cntext of RAAVANu another person in
Ramayana.

If one finds the word RAAMu alone without any context then the reference meaning of the word RAAMu is not for any person and then
the meaning is different.I shall post a Quote with the word RAAMu alone later on

One can look a Quote with the word RAAMu as

Here the word RAAMu is not the reference for any person although the word is NOUN SINGULAR ..

Now one should be clear to any one how the matras are vital for getting the correct meaning of the word.

Gurbani is filled with proves for the existence of Vyakaran, over and over. Anyway who denies it is either grossly misinformed, or just ignorant. In terms of particular shabads, there are a few that particularly stick out.

The following shabad is a clear example of the use of sihari on Nouns
ਸਚੀ ਬੈਸਕ ਤਿਨ੍ਾ ਸੰਗਿ ਜਿਨ ਸੰਗਿ ਜਪੀਐ ਨਾਉ
ਤਿਨ੍ ਸੰਗਿ ਸੰਗੁ ਨ ਕੀਚਈ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਿਨਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੁਆੳ

As you can see, sang, is used in two forms, both with a sihari and without a sihari. Here are the meanings of the two different words.
ਸੰਗੁ = ਸਾਥ (noun)

ਸੰਗਿ = ਨਾਲ (preposition)

Whenever the word is a ਸਬੰਧਕ then there will be a sihari added to the word. In this shabad,
ਸਚੀ ਬੈਸਕ ਤਿਨ੍ਾ ਸੰਗਿ ਜਿਨ ਸੰਗਿ ਜਪੀਐ ਨਾਉ, these two ਸੰਗਿ’s here mean nal ,.
Meaning, the true Sangat(ਬੈਸਕ ) is with those (ਸੰਗਿ=ਨਾਲ), who with(ਸੰਗਿ-ਨਾਲ) we will Jaap Naam

In the second tukh ਤਿਨ੍ ਸੰਗਿ ਸੰਗੁ ਨ ਕੀਚਈ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਿਨਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੁਆੳ, the first sang has a sihari, and mean’s nal. The second sang has an aunkaR and here it is a singular noun, meaning “sath.
Meaning that we should not keep friendship (ਸੰਗੁ-ਸਾਥ) with those (ਸੰਗਿ-ਨਾਲ) , who only care about themselves.

Clearly, this how Guru Sahib helped us Morakhs distinguish the meanings of the words, by adding Laga matra's.

Dhanvaad veer Gurnam Singh ji and veer Parkash Singh ji.

If anyone has more examples please share.

Does anyone have examples of where any respected Sampardayak Giani's have accepted Vyakaran after studying it? Daas has heard katha in which Vyakaran is used by respected Kathekaars.

Some Sampardayak Gursikhs say that they accept Vyakaran but also belive multiple arths of Gurbani, is this possible?

I have not come across or listened to any one telling meanings of Gurnanee truely as per Gurbanee grammar considerations.
Those who claim to be making the meanings of Gurbanee messages as per grammar, they all make selective use of grammar.
to their iinterest and requirement..

My personal feeling and understanding from the consideration of Gurbanee grammar is that if grammar is truely applied to every word of Gurbanee then the possibility of MULTIPLE ARTHS can not be there. This is so because grammatical indications are their to give proper direction
for the particular word and .If every Gursikh is making use of the same grammar as tool for understanding the meanings and if the tool is properly understood by all then you are definitely going to have common meanings as per Gurmati views.

In fact the requirement for correct understanding of Gurbanee is to acquire Gurmati way of interpretation.which would come from the
proper understanding of grammatical indications of the words.

I may bring to the notice of learned Gursikhs overhere that one can see that no differentiation is made between reference meanings of the words
GuROO...GuRu...and GuR .If one considers the grammar of these three words and get the meanings accordingly any one would find
that how the meanings are different from what we already know.

These three words as per my observation are FOUNDATIONAL words of Gurbanee which still require proper understanding..This may result in new VISTA of Gurbanee understanding which we might have been missing so far.
