I think most Singhs prefer these Sri Sahibs because they are crafted by a fellow Singh. The art of making Sri Sahibs is something which very few Singhs practice today. For this reason its good to support such SInghs.

One of the areas of improvement needed for the Rattowal kirpans is the need of Sarab Loh handle. The handles of Rattowal Kirpans are not made from full sarab loh or a majority of Sarab Loh material. According to Maryada, the kirpan should be of sarab loh material this includes the handle.
