Gurbani here means Guru Jee's bani or it also means Gurmantar ?

ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ here seems the Gurbani(Guru's Bani) rather than the reference to the Gurmantar (NAAM). I dont think Naam has been referred by ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ as such, it has been mentioned as "RAAM NAAM,SHABAD,....." in the Gurbani.

As far as I can remember Bhai Sahib has the word gurbani for the chou(4) akhar gurmantar bani.

Gurbani means Baani of Guru. So technically, Naam Gurmantr is also Gurbani because it has come out of mouth of Satguru but at the same time, Naam Gurmantr is also separate from Gurbani as a whole.

Please produce the quote where Bhai Sahib says that Gurbani means Chau-Akhra Naam.

Cant remember in which book Bhai Sahib wrote that.
Below is a shabad where the word 'baani' has been used for Naam.

You have forsaken the Bani, the Word of the Immortal Lord, in this mortal world; in the end, you shall regret and repent. ||4||

I think ਅਵਗਤਿ ਬਾਣਿ means here ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ in general, that possible includes both NAAM and GURBANI. The pankti above however has the word ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ which would fit more to mean GUR+BANI.
