I heard about this Hukam from another Gursikh. This Hukam of Punj Pyare has been announced at the Delhi Samagam and the timing is perfect. At this time it is being observed that many Gursikhs related to AKJ are wearing flashy clothes and Bibiaan are wearing fashionable suits totally unbecoming of Gursikhs, to Samagams.
Jathedar Bhai Bakshish Singh jee in a recent Sandesh to all Gursikhs asked Bibiaan particularly to not wear revealing clothes and avoid such clothes that don't cover the whole body. He mentioned that leaving arms naked is not in accordance to Gurmat.
Those who will obey this Hukam will get Khushi of Guru Sahib and then there will always be those who don't give much weight to Hukams of Guru Sahib. They will reap what they sow.
