If it was mere ninda by him, then I dont think Gursikhs should have bothered much. Having said that, you are clearly aware he has

1)made a threat to shoot an patna akj singh publicly
2) Jatha families in Patna were threatened to read Ragmala. (2 families even relented to this dusht) (ever wondered why he came up with that Raagmala "hukamnama" ?)
2)Stopped AKJ last Dec from holding their smagam in all Patna Gurughars. (It's every Sikhs basic right to have access to these Gurughars )

He has crossed the line into abusing his position as a Jathedaar.....

Smagam this year is being held this November.
Iqbal Singh is supporting the smagam this year. In other words, divaans can be held in historical Guru Ghars around Takht Sahib in Patna without any obstruction.

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫ਼ਤਹਿ ,ਖਾਲਸਾ ਜੀਓ , ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚ ਅਖੰਡ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੋਣਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ !ਬਾਕੀ ਜੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਇਕਬਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਸਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੀਜੀ ਹਿਤ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਖੇਡ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ !
