it seems that you didn't got the answer in your previous post.. bairaag is not that difficult term to understand for someone like you... if i'm not wrong you are the same person who shared some feelings about how badly you wanted to take amrit, when you go in a raensabai how that pain pops up..
it was exactly what bairaag is... bairaag is a feeling that you get when you need something and no one can help you (including family,friends) and you become sad, you cannot live without it... and then you take oat aasra of satguru ji, your only hope to take you to what you want...

bairaag comes only when you want something desperately, something that you cannot live without.. therefore it can only come through love... it is a very pure stage as no profit or loss is associated with it as you want it because you love it...
