I am not bibeki, but most of my diet is home stuff anyway, as I don't eat from restaurants. But perhaps I am a little bit more angrez than everyone else haha.
Morning- Besan Roti/ Missi roti with yogurt(with seasoning in the yogurt if your greedy like me!), and lots of butter
(This has got to be the meat meal EVER!)
Lunch- Baked potato, cheese on top. Or if outside a sandwich with salad, cucumber, hummous and/or tofu.
Dinner- Sabji/daal roti and yogurt.
One thing I have to say to sangat is, recently I found out I have serious deficiencies in calcium and iron, which have been causing me health problems. Thats why now I have greatly increased how much yogurt and milk I have (before I used to eat very little). So all sangat please keep a note that you are having enough and if you find out you have any health problems which might be linked to your food, have a blood test for any deficiencies quick, as I left it a really long time in which it got worse.
