Bhai Sahib I was thinking of starting this topic too. Sarbloh rehit naturally promotes discipline so its not very Khalsayee to cook food in larger quantities than needed. When Khalsa was nomadic Singhs only carried what was needed. Singhs only cooked what was needed and didn't worry about what the future.
