Vaheguru Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Jee Ki Fateh After amritvela naam simran and nitnem, i sometimes go to sleep for a few hours to get some rest. During this time specifically i often get random dreams, sometimes desires of the inner mind unfold which definetly disturbs me and sometimes i can fight against the mind and control this.
