Some of the things she's posted: "Revealing quote from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji" followed by a picture of Eik krishnan sarab deva line from akv with the searchgurbani.com translation saying 'The one lord Kirshna is the divine lord of all'. (imho, this translation is incorrect because it doesn't match with the punjabi translation) Someone posted this on her page: Ravi das ji sings about Srby iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum
I have a friend that lately I've been out of touch with for a couple of years. Last time I spoke to her, she was amritdhari and would usually come to most jatha smagams, gurdwara sahib, etc. I recently got in touch with her again through a social networking site and she has changed her views completely. I haven't spoken to her directly, but I can see from the things she posts, that she is followiby iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Every morning we read ਭਉਖਲਾਅਗਨਿਤਪਤਾਉ ॥ ਭਾਂਡਾਭਾਉਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁਤਿਤੁਢਾਲਿ ॥ If we love Vaheguru, why should we fear Him? If we're so far from guru sahib that we're imagining God as some far off entity that's judging our actions from the clouds, then it might make us think we should be scared of HIm because He might throby iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Where are the correct ਬਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ in the following tuk? Based on my (very) limited understanding, I am inclined to read it as ਸਹਸ ਪਦ ਬਿਮਲ ਨਨ ਏਕ ਪਦ, ਗੰਧ ਬਿਨੁ ਸਹਸ ਤਵ ਗੰਧ, ਇਵ ਚby iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Dhanvaad jee for the correction. Perhaps that is how Giani jee had explained it too but my moorakh mind just mixed it up! Isn't it interesting then, that Vaheguru jee gets sad when his sants are in pain, yet He himself is the One that gives everyone dukh and sukh: ਦੂਖ ਸੂਖ ਪ੍ਭ ਦੇਵਨਹਾਰੁ ।।by iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum

If anyone has more information on "Vaeeyaan" please share as nothing I have read about Bhai Gurdas jee mentioned this lekh. thank you.by iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum
An unrelated (but also related) suwaal... Where would it make sense to put bisraam in these two panktees? Pyare Giani Nahar Singh Jee once came over and was explaining and imparting alot of priceless knowledge to us, and I can't remember exactly the way He explained it to us. I believe He said "Santan dukh paaye, te dukhee. Sukh paaye saadhan ke, sukhee." I believe the arth he told us wasby iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum
Aren't the "two" Bhai Gurdas jees one and the same, as I have seen Vah Vah Gobind Singh Aape Gur Chela shabad as the 41st vaar after the original 40 vaars. I can only confirm I saw this on a modern technologized version so it may be inaccurate but I will confirm later with the pothi sahib at home. I haven't found this shabad in the kabit savayai/salok although it does appear to be in the sameby iKaur - Gurmat Discussion Forum
