It doesn't. Firstly, you want to be sure that you know what "anhad" is. This can only be understand from people with experience. Secondly, it is "via" the anhad that one gets experiences. These experiences vary according to avastha and inner cleansing.by Lakhvir - Gurmat Discussion Forum
It is "EK ONG-KAAR" as per gurbani tuk ""Ong Gurmukh kia akharaa" EK ONG-KAAR can be broken into 3 parts. First there was EK,...then came ONG-the sound/voice of God, the cosmos......and then came ''KAAR'-the creation We are in Creation...in the KAAR...so to go back and merge into the "EK"...we have to simer in the gumantra and connect with the "ONG''.. ..the shabad.......by Lakhvir - Gurmat Discussion Forum

There is some significance but there must be more to it than I understand. One thing I am certain is that every single letter and associated grammatical presentation is there for some important reason which is sometime beyond our common intellect. The 1st slok of pavan guru pani pita is by Guru Nanak ji mehla 1 the 2nd slok is by mehla 2. There is also differences in the word ਦਿਨby Lakhvir - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Astral body is not the soul. Astral world is lower realm where dark and stuck souls also reside. Although, astral realm is the immediate world you can access from this physical body,, this method of elevating consciousness is not the gurmat method as far as I understand. I came across someone who said that there was difference between Guru Nanak ji, Guru Gobind Singh ji and the rest of the gurus. They said that the rest of the gurus became enlightened with seva and devotion to their master/teacher guru, whereas Guru Nanak ji and Guru Gobind Singh ji were Born Enlightened.....hence why we acknowledge that Guru Gobind Singh ji even knew about his previous life....by Lakhvir - Gurmat Discussion Forum
It depends what sort of message is in the dream. Usually some unresolved business. If you had some negative feelings towards this person or if you feel that you may have been unfair in some way, then pray for forgiveness. And if you think that they may feel guilt for something they did to you....then forgive them with all the truth from your heart.... you don't want them being bound to charasiby Lakhvir - Gurmat Discussion Forum
