In this context I have posted below shabad From ang 327. The major thrust in Rahao line is on Naam simran etc., If you carefully look at the plain translation it is stated that ' If He is your Lord and Master, He willby hps - Gurmat Discussion Forum

Bearing a child is a matter of pleasure for many ladies. It may cause physical pain but the end result is the immense joy. A mother is one who facilitates the job of God in Pasao. For her child she is no less than a God. She enjoys her company and nurtures her till it grows independent; a human being. She brings another God on earth. Her pains and pangs of labour pains are expression of happinessby hps - Gurmat Discussion Forum

If one has 'surati'/consciousness awareness in voice of recital of 'waheguru' it would mean that we are in the state of Naam jaap or Naam simran. I had heard the Katha of Gyani Maskeen ji, that one has to take back the dhuni to the Navel base. It is then the Chella can really hear the Guru's Voice in the form of 'Anhat sabad' i.e unstuck Voice. As I have heard this long back I might have missedby hps - Gurmat Discussion Forum

T singh ji, It brings us to basic and most crude question as to what si Naam in sikhism. Many persons are lost in this only. Regarding your specific query it can be answered by a person who have realized Naam and has obtained these treasures. It is always better to post full shabad so that we can share understanding. You have asked a question that I am unable to answer directly.by hps - Gurmat Discussion Forum
