This jeevan is small enough to Thank satguru ji for all the Bakshishs he did. Some Western asked me abt the significances of the 5 Kakars and i could see his 2 eyes open wide/surprised when dass was explaining what i know and what i could. He was mum for few mins before he could say "THAT COVERS ALL PRESENT TIME PROBLEMS".

what a beautiful poem. You have inspired me to write one as well. This is my first attempt ever at writing a poem in punjabi, so I know it wont be very good. The spelling and grammar will have a lot of mistakes as well.



ਕਿੱਡਾ ਮੂਰਖ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਪੂਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਛਡ ਦਿਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਸਿਮਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਦਿਤਾ, ਸੁਣਾ ਟੂਪਾਕ ਨੂੰ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਕੀਰਤਨ ਭੁਲਾਇਆ, ਭੰਗਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਰਨਆ ਨਹੀ ਆਉਂਦਾ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਗਾਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ, ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂ ਛਡ ਦਿਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਕੀ ਦਸਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਾਲ ਦੀ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਦਾ ਮੁਖ ਨਹੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਨਿਤਨੇਮ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ, ਮੈਂ ਮੂਰਖ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਕਿੱਡਾ ਮੂਰਖ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਪਲਟਾ ਖਾਧਾ, ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਮੂਰਖ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ
ਨਿਤਨੇਮ, ਸੁਖਮਨੀ, ਆਸਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਣੀਆਂ
ਗੁਰੂਆਂ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ,ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ
ਕਿੱਡਾ ਮੂਰਖ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ ਵੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਕਿੱਡਾ ਮੂਰਖ ਸੀ…..

This definitely is genius work.

My favourite line is:

ਧੋਤੀ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਛਿਹਰਾ ਪਵਾਤਾ
ਤ੍ਰਿਛੂਲ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਹੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਪਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾਤਾ

Our dear Rama Mandi wale Gurmukh Pyare is saying that from wearing Dhoti Guru Sahib made him wear Kachhera. I can't picture him wearing a Dhoti and holding a Trishul. hehe!
