I don't think how they sing it affects how much anand you get. Also it is bani they all sing but in different ways.
I have seen some kids doing Kirkland and messing up, that is a different thing because he or she is not pronouncing word properly. But my point here is when someone is messing up, people from behind don't talk. That will make the kid mess up more and depressed because no one singing. Other people sing to fast I I mean fast like there not singing; like there just reading it. These should stop and we should try improve other people or they will do the same things again and again.

This is just a msg for all groups there are.
This is good we are sharing links but you should think and I know that half of the people posting don't do Kirtan. I encourage them to start Kirtan how there inspiring kirtiney do. Some say they can't sing, if your try waheguru will do Kirpa himself and make you do it if you want to do it.

Thanks for posting Kirtan of Bhai Rajinder Singh Singapore. He was truly a legend. Amazing Sangeet skills. Hard to find his equal today. Having said that, as far as Raag based Kirtan is concerned, I can't fathom anyone coming close to the Zakhmi brothers, especially Bhai Shamsher Singh Zakhmi. Raags probably stood in front of him with folded hands.

When I was young I used to have a cd which had MP3 kirtan of Asa di vaar combined of various Puratan kirtaniya
I think it was 11 hours kirtan.
The cd was green in colour and the casing had an oval in centre and photos of Puratan kirtaniyas in circles surrounding it.
It has kirtan of Bhai Joginder Singh Ji, Bhai Mohinder Singh Ji (sdo), Bhai Jeevan Singh Ji, Bhai tajinderpal Singh Ji dulla Ji, Bhai amolak Singh Ji and many more
I don't remember the kirtan but a faded memory of the kirtan is in my mind. The cd must have been provided by akj or jaykay. I don't remember
Please anyone who have a cd alike or knows where can I find one please inform....
