Creation and Destruction happens through Naam Shakti

Maajh, Third Mehla:

ਉਤਪਤਿ ਪਰਲਉ ਸਬਦੇ ਹੋਵੈ ॥
outhapath paralo sabadhae hovai ||
Creation and destruction happen through the Word of the Shabad.

ਸਬਦੇ ਹੀ ਫਿਰਿ ਓਪਤਿ ਹੋਵੈ ॥
Sabadhae hee fir oupath hovai ||
Through the Shabad, creation happens again.

Many people believe that Shakti of Vaheguru is something different from Naam Khanda but the above gurbani tukks make it clear that Naam is the creative and destructive Shakti of Vaheguru jee.

Bhagauti is Naam but some of our Gursikh veers are adamant that this Shakti is different from Naam. They want to create a Shakti in Sikhi similar to Shaiv-Matt. In Gurmat, there is no other conscious Shakti other than Vaheguru Himself. The power of Vaheguru is not a conscious entity different from Vaheguru. Vaheguru is All in All. The above Pankiti has clearly proved that the whole creation is created and destroyed through Shabad (not some inferior power like Durga or Radha).
