in guru gobind singh ji maharaajs baani there is a reference of 14(chodan) lok, the first reference comes in Jaap Sahib, and then after nitnem i also do Shabad Hazarey Patshahi 10, again there is a reference about 14(chodan) lok...can the sangat clarfiy what Guru Gobind Singh jee Mahaaraaj is talking about here?

I think both the terms "14 lok" and" trelok-3 worlds" refer to the entire universe. Obviously Guru Sahib does not subscribe to the belief that there are 14 worlds , because Guru Sahib has mentioned many times there are countless worlds.

Meaning Akal Purakh exist in the entire creation.

I agree with Veer Sukhdeep Singh that Trai-lok and 14 Lok refer to the entire creation and it does not mean that there are only 3 Loks or 14 Loks.
