What is the deep meaning of this tuk? I understand the literal meaning but I feel like there is a deep meaning as well.

I want to say charan here refers to charan kamal inside. Look at the book Gurmat Veechar on pg 121 . Bhai Sahib has given straight definition of sachee dharee as straight beard ( non tucked , non shaved) . Meaning sachee dharee is part of our bana when approaching Guru Granth Sahib Ji the same way Guru Gobind Singh Ji said we should approach him with shastre he also says we should approach him humbly with sachee dharee. I thought there was a deeper meaning until I read this chapter.

Khalsa Ji,

One interpretation of this meaning can be as follows:

Charan also refers to Naam, as in ‘chit charan naam.’ Therefore, those who utter Naam have sach daadia. Those who do not utter Naam, do not have sach daadia. There are a lot of people who have full flowing beards, but they are atheists. Their dadee cannot be called sachi. There are some devoted Gursikhs who only have a small beard. But these Gurmukh’s dadee is sachi, because they utter Naam...

Waheguru...
